If an item is sold out, will you get any more in stock?
If you’re unable to find the size or color you’re looking for, we have sold out of our online inventory. You can give us 7-10 days to restock our products.If we won't have gotten your choice of goods we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How can I update my online order?
Once the Place Secure Order button has been clicked, we can no longer modify or cancel your order. For customer convenience, we advise during the last step of checkout that you review your order for accuracy as no changes can be made once the order has been placed.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. Just return your purchase back in the condition you received it, within 10 days of your purchase.
Return Exceptions: Play Supply will not accept body jewelry returns. This policy assures our body jewelry hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.

How long will it take to process my return?
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days.Once your refund has been processed, we’ll send you an automated email with all the pertinent details. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be posted to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed 3-5 business days after your package has been received by the warehouse. If an exchange is processed.If the item requested is no longer available, a refund will automatically be processed.
